Why join Intruder?

Intruder is a dynamic and well-funded startup operating in a very fast-growing market (even during the current economic downturn). You'll join the company at just the right time, we've established a product-market fit so we’re growing fast, and we have lots of room for you to make an impact.

About the role:

You'll play an important role in the growth and success of Intruder! This will involve successfully onboarding new customers so they adopt our product and services, building and managing existing relationships, and expanding our existing revenue by monitoring product usage, understanding our user's challenges, then recommending additional services and capabilities that meet their needs.

As part of a growing team, you should be happy with chipping in whenever required. This may include assisting with customer support, marketing, and any other responsibilities that aid the company.

Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers to Intruder, understanding their problems and objectives so we can deliver value as soon as possible
  • Retain existing customers by strengthening relationships through meaningful engagement and ensuring value realisation
  • Identify, develop, and manage expansion opportunities
  • Be the voice of our users, gathering and documenting feedback to provide actionable insights to the wider company on our users’ needs
  • Work closely with other team members in marketing, support, product, sales, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in early-stage B2B SaaS companies with cybersecurity experience being preferred
  • Previous experience with managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption, through to expansion and renewals
  • A natural ability to solve problems and work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An interest in cyber security, SaaS, and technology in general

What we’re offering:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 + 15% OTE
  • Share options so you can benefit from our success
  • 28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, and an additional 5 unpaid if you wish to take them
  • Flexible working - you can work from home, but you should be in a position to work from our Shoreditch office 1-2 times a week
  • Regular (optional) socials to have some fun. In the past we've explored virtual worlds, played laser tag in VR, and had plenty of evenings around London
