About the role:
Being a product-led company, over 1,000 users sign up for Intruder every month. This role will play a key part in ensuring our users have a great experience, quickly receive value from our product, and convert to paying customers as a result.
You will be expected to identify improvement areas in our user journeys by monitoring product adoption, then collaborate with our Product, Design, and Marketing teams to conceptualise solutions that guide users towards features and milestones.
As part of a growing team, you should be happy with chipping in whenever required. This may include assisting with customer support, marketing, and any other responsibilities that aid the company.
