About the role:

Being a product-led company, over 1,000 users sign up for Intruder every month. This role will play a key part in ensuring our users have a great experience, quickly receive value from our product, and convert to paying customers as a result.

You will be expected to identify improvement areas in our user journeys by monitoring product adoption, then collaborate with our Product, Design, and Marketing teams to conceptualise solutions that guide users towards features and milestones.

As part of a growing team, you should be happy with chipping in whenever required. This may include assisting with customer support, marketing, and any other responsibilities that aid the company.

Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the conversion stage of our user lifecycle, analysing feature usage to identify drop-off points
  • Create seamless user journeys and feature flows for different personas, based on desired outcomes and milestones
  • Be the voice of our users, analysing feedback to provide actionable insights to the wider company on our users’ needs
  • Contribute to the wider customer experience (i.e. marketing materials, website content, webinars, conferences, etc)

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer Success team. The candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-growing startup, and is keen to play a pivotal part in the growth and success of Intruder.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in cyber security or early-stage B2B SaaS companies
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with creating and optimising user journeys that increase feature adoption and conversions
  • A natural ability to empathise with users and understand their motivations to try and buy a product
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • An interest in cyber security

Why join us?

What we’re offering:

  • £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus (performance-based)
  • Share options so you can benefit from our success
  • 28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, and an additional 5 unpaid if you wish to take them
  • Flexible working - you can work from home, but you should be in a position to work from our Shoreditch office 1-2 times a week
  • Regular socials to have some fun (organised by our Chief Fun Officer)
